This chart provides direction from the Federal, Provincial and Territorial Ministers of Sport, Physical Activity and Recreation, outlines shared areas of action and opportunities for collaboration, and the expected results.

A Framework for Recreation in Canada
The National Framework for Recreation in Canada is a co-led initiative by Interprovincial Sport and Recreation Council and the Canadian Parks and Recreation Association. The Framework for Recreation in Canada: Pathways to Well-being was endorsed by the Interprovincial Sport and Recreation Committee in February 2015.
