Ingredients: 
  • Small corn tortillas (gluten free if required)
  • Salsa Shredded Cheese
Equipment: 

Oven with broiler.

Instructions: 
  1. Top corn tortillas with salsa and shredded cheese.
  2. Place on a foil lined baking sheet and broil until cheese melts and edges are brown.
  3. Slice and serve.
