Skinny Spinach Dip (With Yogurt)

Ingredients: 
  • 2 cups (500 mL) plain, 2 per cent Greek yogurt
  • 3 tbsp (45 mL) mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp (15 mL) honey
  • 1 cup (250 mL) finely chopped kale
  • 1 cup (250 mL) finely chopped spinach
  • 3 green onions, finely chopped
  • 1/3 cup (80 mL) finely chopped red pepper
  • 1/3 cup (80 mL) finely chopped carrot
  • 2 garlic cloves, finely minced
  • 1/2 tsp (2 mL) onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp (2 mL) garlic powder
Instructions: 
  1. In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well.
  2. Refrigerate several few hours before serving to allow flavours to meld.
Serving Instructions: 

Serve with pita chips. 

Nutritional facts, per 1/6 serving: 133 calories, 7 grams of fat, 9 grams of carbohydrates, 1 gram of fibre, 9 grams of protein and 53 mg (2 per cent daily value) of sodium.
