Super Fast Hummous

  • 1 tin chick peas
  • 2-5 cloves garlic to taste
  • 2 to 3 tbsp or 30-45 ml canola oil
  • dash of lemon juice
              1. Rinse chick peas in fresh water. Crush garlic.
              2. Place in a bowl with other ingredients.
              3. Smash, crash and mash it all with a wooden spoon, adding a little extra olive oil if necessary, until it reaches the consistency of thick mud.

                  Tip: For extra spice, add a bit of curry or coriander.

                                30 ml or 2 tbsp each
