- 1 tin chick peas
- 2-5 cloves garlic to taste
- 2 to 3 tbsp or 30-45 ml canola oil
- dash of lemon juice
- Rinse chick peas in fresh water. Crush garlic.
- Place in a bowl with other ingredients.
- Smash, crash and mash it all with a wooden spoon, adding a little extra olive oil if necessary, until it reaches the consistency of thick mud.
Tip: For extra spice, add a bit of curry or coriander.
